Sirona takes on the Wales Coast Path, where the views are big and “just one more hill” should never be taken as a legally binding statement. You’ll tackle some of the path’s most varied terrain, with climbs to test your legs, descents to lift your spirits and coastal scenery worth stopping for.

It’s Wales, though, so don’t expect the coast to keep things level. Where’s the fun in that?
